We are pleased to announce that Stacey Kirkpatrick has joined the rapidly growing Farpointe Family as a Client Service Associate. Stacey is a highly motivated self-starter with over 15 years' experience in various roles, including most recently as a Financial Services Representative at TD Ameritrade. She holds her FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, and lives in Southlake, Texas, with her husband and daughter.
In the current labor market it is increasingly difficult to hire, train and retain great talent, and it also takes precious time away from an advisor's other duties. Hiring experienced people into an advisory practice is even more challenging in rural or remote areas of the country. Farpointe created this new position in direct response to a request from our advisors to help collectively solve a problem they could not easily solve on their own.
In her new role, Stacey will provide several Farpointe-affiliated offices much needed support to maintain the service excellence their clients deserve and expect. Farpointe will train Stacey as a "virtual assistant" to elevate the advisors' client experience as it relates to onboarding, account servicing and preparing for client meetings including portfolio review and financial planning preparation. Taking hiring and training off our advisors' plate frees them up to focus on what they do best – providing advice!
